As passionate supporters of the great work schools do, we’re aware that some are really struggling to operate under the current stringent funding system. With teacher shortages at an all-time high and funding cuts more prevalent than ever, schools can't afford for members of staff to be absent from work without being able to recoup a fair reimbursement from their staff absence insurance policy.

To support schools at this time, we have improved our policy to ensure it provides even better value for money, allowing you to spend your precious funding elsewhere. Our policy improvements offer more comprehensive cover to ensure you will receive more money for an array of different absence types –without compromising our status as the most cost-effective solution in the market.
